We will discover Naples through a wonderful example of circular economy set up in Rione Sanità, surrounded by the projects of organizations and institutions that decided to focus on culture, human capital, and innovation to contribute to local economy.

We will learn the story of Sarno, notoriously among Europe’s most pollutedrivers, thanks to the steps taken by those who try to protect it. We will travel a few kilometres to reach the slopes of Vesuvius, Ottaviano, where the community was able to promote and enhance the trails that are strictly connected to the story of Spartacus, a gladiator and rebel slave leader.

Breakfast, transfer to Sarno-Ottaviano, meeting with an association active in the promotion of the river Sarno and historical and environmental heritage of Vesuvius tracks. Transfer to Naples, dinner, and overnight in Casa Cidis project.

We will have a hands-on experience in local craftsmanship, discovering a project designed to combine tradition with innovation. In Cava de’ Tirreni, in fact, they try to connect digital art and 3d printing with craftsmanship. We will be close to Vietrisul Mare, renowned all over the world for its pottery production.
