Tour plan, prices, notes
Day 1: Naples
Arrival in Naples and hotel accommodation.
Overnight in Naples.
Day 2: Naples
Go through the biggest metropolis insouth Italy and discover it with a pleasant bike ridethrough its historic centre. Immerse yourself in its alleys, squares, churches, and monuments, discovering the amazing “Veiled Christ” and the Museum of the Treasure of San Gennaro.
Breakfast; full-day bike rental with pick-up and drop-off points in Naples; entry to Cappella Sansevero; entry to Museo Tesoro di San Gennaro; overnight in Naples.
Day 3: Phlegrean Fields
From the Neapolitan coast, we will reach by bike the Phlegrean Fields, an area affected by bradyseism and full of lakes, volcanoes, and archaeology. Here, you can visit the underground track of Rione Terra, the Flavian Amphitheatre(Anfiteatro Flavio) of ancient Puteoli and the Casina Vanvitelliana in Bacoli.

Day 4: Pompeii and Vesuvius
From Naples, you can admire up close one of the world symbols of the town: Vesuvius. You can go by bike and reach the crater first and then the ancient Pompeii, buried by the volcano in 79 A. D.
Breakfast; full-day bike rental with pick-up point in Naples and drop-off in Pompeii or in Naples; entry to Pompeii ruins; overnight in Naples.
Day 5: Sorrento Coast
You can reach the Sorrento coast with the historic Circumvesuviana line. Here, by bike you are free to immerse yourself among breath-taking trails and unique views, where the Amalfi coast meets the Sorrento Coast, between the gulf of Naples and Salerno.
Breakfast; full-day bike rental with pick-up and drop-off points in Piano di Sorrento or in Vico Equense; overnight in Naples.
Day 6: Posillipo
Leaving from the monumental part of Naples of Maschio Angioino, you can reach Posillipoby bike to admire the view. Then, by kayak you can visit one of the places the Neapolitans cherish the most: the marine protected area of Gaiola.
